Berlucchi's Franciacorta Rosé Nature 61 is an elegant and refined Millesimato, made by one of the wineries that has always been a point of reference for all fans of the Brescian sparkling wine denomination. It is a classic cuvée, mainly composed of Pinot Noir with a good percentage of Chardonnay, which makes the blend more delicate. The long period of aging on the lees allows us to offer a rich and evolved Classic Method, with citrus and berry aromas, embellished with spicy nuances. It is a label with a pleasantly gastronomic taste, ideal to be enjoyed at the table with shellfish.
The Metodo Classico Rosé Nature 61 is a Franciacorta that is produced by one of the most illustrious names in Italian sparkling wine. The winery was founded in 1955 by Guido Berlucchi, who, thanks to the precious advice of the oenologist Franco Ziliani, understood the potential of the Franciacorta area. The beautiful sunny exposures, the cool, windy climate and the poor soils, of ancient morainic origin, offered the ideal conditions for producing grapes destined for the elaboration of a quality Classic Method. Today the winery manages about 500 hectares, but has kept the original care and passion in making great labels. The Rosé Nature 61 grapes come from vines over 20 years old, grown in the municipal area of ​​Curte Franca, in the hamlets: Ragnoli, Quindicipiò and Gaspa. The utmost attention in the processing in the cellar allows for the creation of an elegant Rosé with a strong personality.
The Millesimato Franciacorta Rosé Nature 61 from the Berlucchi winery is a Classic Method that well interprets this particular type, much appreciated by those who love intense, rich sparkling wines with good aromatic complexity. It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which after a soft pressing are vinified separately. The base wines rest for a few months before proceeding with the final blend. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a stop on the lees for at least 60 months . In the glass it has a light and bright salmon pink color.
