DESCRIZIONE:
The Lasanta Sherry Cask di Glenmorangie è un whisky scozzese che trascorre 10 anni in botti di rovere bianco americano ex-bourbon prima di un ulteriore invecchiamento della durata di 2 anni in botti che in precedenza contenevano Sherry Oloroso o Sherry PX (Pedro Ximénez) provenienti dalla città andalusa di Jerez, in Spagna.

Alla vista presenta un colore ambrato intenso con riflessi aranciati. Al naso giungono eleganti sentori speziati che si mescolano con aromi di uvetta, cioccolato, miele e caramello. Al palato si rivela complesso e caldo, dalla consistenza morbida, con note di arancia e uva sultanina che guidano verso un lungo finale su note nocciolate.

Ottimo da servire liscio, con aggiunta di qualche goccia d'acqua o con ghiaccio, può rivelarsi un perfetto ingrediente da cocktail.
