Manifesto of the Trentodoc tradition, this product made from 100% Chardonnay grapes represents the historical Ferrari label, a perfect synthesis of the balance between the grape and the marvelous territory that welcomes it. Italian bubbly able to compete with many cousins ​​from beyond the Alps, this Brut was produced for the first time in 1902 and, since then, its 'recipe' has remained almost unchanged! Classic in style and in gustatory performance, Ferrari is fresh and unmistakable, a precise standard bearer of the Trentodoc appellation.
Lively bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals a fresh and intense bouquet, with a wide fruity note of ripe golden apple, white flowers and a delicate fragrance of yeast, given by the more than two years of aging in the bottle. The mouth is marked by excellent sapidity which is followed by a citrusy freshness which in any case leaves a sense of softness and roundness of taste, towards a finish that tastes of the sea.
