Expressing the specificity of the South Tyrolean terroirs of Tramin and Caldaro in a distinctive way is the mission of Elena Walch, a former architect and enterprising woman, with a great passion for wine; original producer who never fails to give his wines a certain originality and a pleasant elegance, thanks precisely to the soils where the roots of the owned vineyards sink, with different soil compositions and different microclimates that allow them to find the evolution ideal. They are well-thought-out and never banal wines, in a set of evident qualitative constancy, like this excellent interpretation of Merlot, with a clear personality and a deep attachment to one's land.
Bright ruby ​​red, it opens on intense and soft aromas of blackberry jam, spices, humus and chocolate, followed by decisive accents of eucalyptus and graphite. It is velvety in the mouth, has very elegant tannins and a very long balsamic finish.
