ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 is the result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the proportions of which remain reserved. These GRAPES come from the best crus in Champagne, particularly the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The 2013 VINTAGE was characterized by a cold and wet winter followed by a cool and wet spring, delaying vine growth by about fifteen days compared to the average. However, the hot and dry summer helped improve fruit quality. September's rains gave way to an easterly wind, thus keeping the grapes in an optimal state of health until harvest, which began on September 28. The 2013 VINTAGE is distinguished by a promising balance between acidity and sweetness.

Vinification of this cuvée follows traditional methods, where every detail counts to ensure champagne excellence. The vintage 2013 has benefited from long cellar aging, allowing the aromas to develop and achieve remarkable complexity. The champagne is dosed as brut, thus preserving the perfect balance between freshness and aromatic depth.
