Cartizze Dry from the famous Col Vetoraz winery is a renowned sparkling wine, the result of a pure vinification of Glera grapes from the best vineyards grown in the famous Cartizze area, among the magnificent hills of Valdobbiadene. A terroir sparkling wine, standard-bearer of a unique territory and which has won many awards both in Italy and abroad, including commendable reviews in the prestigious international magazine Wine Spectator. Made only and exclusively from prime grapes, this sparkling wine is the result of the Charmat sparkling wine-making method with subsequent re-fermentation in autoclaves: white vinification with soft pressing is followed by decanting, temperature-controlled fermentation and a 30- to 40-day prise de mousse, after which Cartizze Dry is aged for 1 to 3 months in the bottle. The result is a true champion, a fine, elegant and velvety sparkling wine, a thick label that is characterized by its particular aromaticity and fine, creamy mousse. A great sparkling wine.

Col Vetoraz wines do not undergo any treatment, not even clarification. This ensures that the aromatic and structural integrity of the starting fruit is maintained, developing a natural index of roundness and an enveloping, creamy carbonic expression.
