A bouquet with aromas of sour cherry and morello cherry jam, accompanied by a balsamic aftertaste.

TASTING NOTES:
The palate surprises with its great balance, soft and velvety tannins and a lingering finish on fruity and balsamic hints.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 16 and 18°C

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Madreselva is made from the same proportion of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes, harvested at different times, in mid-September the first variety, later the others, with different processes of vinification in Rosso. After fermentation the wines rest for 18 to 20 months in oak barrels, and once blended they age in the bottle for 8 to 12 months. A full-bodied rosso ideal with dishes with strong TASTING NOTES such as coda alla vaccinara.
