ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Ceci's Lambrusco Secco "Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" is the ultimate frizzante wine made by the winery. Ceci in fact starts here to tell us about its ability to decline the different types of Lambrusco present within its range. A bottle that offers itself with a generous palate, while the nose intertwines fruity effluvia and more herbaceous references that direct the finale of the olfactory analysis towards the vegetable. The label is a symbol of that conviviality that accompanies the mousse of Lambrusco, elevating it, however, from a rustic and popular wine to a product of quality and refinement. To be savored with gusto down to the last drop.
"Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" is made from the union of two varieties of Lambrusco, Marani and Maestri, both of which are present in the final blend with the same percentage. The bunches of grapes are carefully picked during the harvest phase, and are immediately transported to the winemaking rooms, where destemming and the subsequent pressing of the grapes take place. The must ferments in autoclaves performing the "presa di spuma," following the principles that govern the production of the Martinotti or Charmat Method.
The "Terre Verdiane Edition 1813" Lambrusco Secco made by the Cantine Ceci winery is revealed to the eye with a concentrated purple color; the froth is soft and creamy, with some reflections of shades more tending to violet. Delicate and pleasant is the profile that is traced on the nose, centered on fruity sensations that slowly let emerge also references to some wild herbs. On tasting is light-bodied, quick to take over the palate thanks to a fruity and fresh-tasting sip. The label that, perhaps more than others, has made Cantine Ceci famous, a true standard bearer that traces a point of reference for those who want to try their hand at Lambrusco production.
