It was 1875 when, at the foot of Mount Braulio, pharmacist Francesco Peloni collected some medicinal herbs to make some medicines, as he used to do. Thus, from a segrat blend comprising 13 berries, roots, flowers and herbs was born what was to become the Mountain Bitter par excellence, Braulio, in honor of the mountain that serves as the backdrop to this story! Unique, inimitable and 100% Italian, this bitter continues to be a favorite for the 'purists' of the genre because it encapsulates that TASTING NOTES of the typical mountain, combined with centuries of tradition that characterize it!

AROMAS:

Intense dark brown color with bright ruby highlights, the nose opens to rich tones of mountain herbs and linden, hints of aromatic herbs and fresh balsamic reflexes reminiscent of eucalyptus and mint. Taste elegant, soft and balanced, very consistent in the vegetal olfactory returns and perfectly balanced in the alcohol component, which is well present but not intrusive.
