TASTING NOTES:
On the palate the olfactory scents are repeated, on a fruity background of black mulberries and cherries. The wine also reveals itself to be broad and complex, with elegant tannins.

Perfect with red meats, pork and lamb, it is ideal with fish dishes.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Donna Fugata's Terre Siciliane Mille e una Notte comes from vineyards located on the Contessa Entellina estate in the heart of southwestern Sicily.

It is made from Nero d'Avola grapes and other varieties, harvested solely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 26-30°C for about 12 days. The wine ages in oak barriques for a period of 15-16 months and then in bottles for an additional 30 months before release.
