In the panorama of traditional Tuscan wines produced by castello banfi, this Chianti Classico Riserva stands out. Suitable for a demanding public, it combines the tradition of Sangiovese and Canaiolo with the power and spiciness of Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes undergo alcoholic maceration in steel vats and then mature two years in Slavonian oak barrels. It finally reaches distribution after resting for six months in bottle. The result is a broadly structured, intense wine with excellent aging capabilities but also enjoyable immediately.
