The nose shows hints of hawthorn flowers, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. In the mouth it is tasty, fresh, sapid and capable of stimulating the palate thanks to its vivid acidity and hints of small red fruits.

In the mouth it proves capable of surprising for its authority: it remains fresh and delicate thanks to the pleasant acidity that designates its carefree ease of drinking, but at the same time incisive and capable of being elected, in its own right, versatile protagonist of the table.

The southern banks of Benaco have always preserved the tradition of a graceful, fresh and gentle wine like Rosa dei Frati. A high-level rosé capable of surprising for its simple authority. Fresh and delicate but incisive, it is able to be the protagonist of the table.
The typicality bases its motivation in the production and stylistic technique, developed over time on the Garda coast and on the Valtènesi hills, which requires that the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera remain in contact with the must only for a certain period of time: also known as "one night wine", it owes the unmistakable delicate pink color and floral bouquet to the skilful human ability to seize the fleeting moment, made unique by the intriguing fragrances of small fruits and wild strawberries.
