Positioned at the pinnacle of the PONSON range, the Cuvée du Domaine impresses with its structure and persistence. Although often produced from grapes of a single vintage, the year is never explicitly stated on the label. Its Chardonnay-dominant blend—which lends finesse—harmonizes with the other two grape varieties to create a unique balance.

Characterized by an exceptionally fine effervescence resulting from prolonged aging at low temperatures, this wine is the ideal companion for an intimate evening for two.
