BOUQUET:
The richness of the nose is evident from the first moment: notes of black cherry, plum and blackberry jam are complemented with oxygenation in the glass to hints of licorice, anise and spices, in a balanced harmony.

TASTING NOTES:
The mouth entry highlights a solid structure and a dense and vibrant tannic texture, making it a wine of great character and longevity.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 16 and 18°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:

This rosso wine from the Tuscan Coast goes well with red meat dishes, such as Florentine steaks or wild boar stew. Also ideal with aged cheeses or typical Tuscan dishes such as pici with wild boar ragout.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

A pure Sangiovese, Solenida is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes from the Tenuta Podernovo estate, made through the Animavitis project, which allows micro-zones with small bunches and light, concentrated grapes to be harvested separately, achieving the highest quality and expression of the terroir. It is a wine of great character also thanks to the choices in the vinification phase, which takes place partly in amphora.
