CHARACTERISTICS:
Fresh, light and elegant with a vein of sweetness that recalls the delicate scent of acacia flowers and golden apple.

TASTING:
It should be served at around 12°C or in a frozen tulip-shaped glass. Before tasting, the Grappa must rest for a few minutes in the glass: by oxygenating itself, the aromas are enhanced, the nose-palate harmony is completed.

WHEN AND HOW TO TASTE IT:
Drunk, sipped, sipped at the end of a lunch or at any time of the day, it is a source of real pleasure!
