VINIFICATION:

Extra Dry sparkling wine obtained from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes vinified in red with permanence for several days in contact with the skins which gives the suggestive peach blossom pink colour. The sparkling process according to the Charmat method, with aging on the lees in an autoclave for 60 days, enhances the secondary aromas.

11% vol.

CHARACTERISTICS:

It has a suggestive peach blossom pink color which announces a fruity bouquet to the taste and smell with evident notes of small red fruits and grapefruit. The prolonged aging on the lees to which it is subjected causes the emergence of enveloping aromas of honey and bread crust.

PAIRINGS:

Sparkling wine throughout the meal, excellent from aperitif to finger food, up to an Italian style lunch in particular based on molluscs, crustaceans and raw seafood. Also ideal with fish-based risottos.
