APPEARANCE: Ruby in color to the eye, with light garnet highlights at the rim.

BOUQUET:
The bouquet is that of blue flowers and dark berry fruit open the nose, which then continues on memories of spices, hints of tar and vanilla nuances.

TASTING NOTES:
The taste in the mouth is well structured, fleshy and fragrant, balanced, harmonious and long in persistence.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 14 and 16 °C

This wine presents itself with lots of freshness and a juicy finish. Thanks to its velvety texture, it goes well with a wide variety of meat dishes.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The grapes for this wine come from our 3 Pinot Noir subzones: 'Girlan', 'Mazon' and 'Pinzon'. The vineyards are situated at an altitude between 380 and 530 meters above sea level and are characterized, on the one hand, by moraine deposits on volcanic porphyritic rock and, on the other hand, by clayey limestone soils facing west.

Harvesting is done manually in small containers for transport to the winery. After destemming, the must is gravity-driven into stainless steel vats for fermentation (12-15 days). After malolactic fermentation it is aged for 12 months in large oak barrels (50hl) and 6 months in bottle.
