Tenjaku (天雀) is a Japanese whiskey and gin brand, produced in the town of Fuefuki, famous for its pristine nature and pure water, which give the products a soft and delicate character, inspired by the lark (hibari), a symbol of spring, with fruity, spicy, nutty notes and a slight hint of smoke, ideal both neat and in cocktails such as highball.
