The Isle of Raasay distillery draws inspiration from Raasay's extraordinary geological diversity, its unique water source and the island's coastline. A fusion of tradition and contemporary thinking, craftsmanship and design, where only the best Raasay juniper on the island is hand-picked with the help of local botanist Dr. Stephen Bungard.

CHARACTERISTICS:

A perfect balance of TASTING NOTES is created by distilling and evaporating juniper with selected botanicals to preserve its liveliness. Botanicals: Raasay juniper, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, rhubarb, angelica root, coriander seed, licorice, orris root, cubeb pepper.

Color: clear. Nose: fresh, juniper, sweet oranges, candied lemons, rhubarb note.

Taste: dry, intense juniper, rhubarb and citrus. Finish: long lasting, dry, juicy.

Strips of orange peel and a premium blender: we recommend Indian Premium Tonic. The dry nature of Isle of raasay Gin also makes it the perfect base for your favorite gin cocktails. Perfect for G&T and many other long drinks.
