CHARACTERISTICS:
Spirit, essence, fruit of distillation; from noble soft pomace of ripe grapes it takes on a unique personality, delicate aromas and a strong flavour. Dry as tradition dictates, clean, fragrant with a pleasant licorice and honey finish as only a careful and scrupulous distillation can give us.

TASTING:

Clean and precise like the vine of origin: the Turbiana. Grape from our land that brings unique characteristics of softness, elegance, but above all sapidity and varietal aromas to the distillate.

Find friends for an evening, desserts with delicate creams, shortbread biscuits and dried fruit, stewed fruit and accompany conversations after a meal. Vaporized on raw fish it becomes a noble component for a king's dish.
