Intense straw yellow. Soft and creamy foam. Good persistence of a small crown.
Subtle and continuous perlage.

BOUQUET:
Rich, elegant, varied. Hints of ripe yellow tropical fruit, which gradually concentrate and then evolve into notes of candied citrus.

TASTE:
The taste reveals a marked acidity and sapidity, it has great structure, a rare pleasure to drink which ends with a long and precise finish.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
between 8 and 10°C

FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with delicate risottos and fish-based dishes. Try it with Sauris, Parma or San Daniele raw ham and not too mature cheeses.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
No other Italian sparkling wine can be as soft and velvety as the Satén, in Franciacorta. It is, if we want to try to make a comparison, a classic method that retraces the footsteps of the French Crémant. A sparkling wine which therefore remains in contact with the lees for less time in the first phase of fermentation and which, consequently, is slightly less fizzy and with a more delicate flavor than the classic brut. An inimitable Franciacorta that stands out for its persuasive and satisfying being.
