On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh, it does not lack flavor and pleasantness. It is persistent and of great balance.

Berlucchi's Franciacorta DOCG '61 Nature is a wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested in the third ten days of August from vineyards located in the municipalities of Corte Franca and Provaglio d'Iseo: Arzelle, Rovere and San Carlo as regards the chardonnay and Ragnoli for the pinot noir. The cuvée was prepared in the spring following the harvest, using only the wines of the vintage. After the second fermentation in the bottle there is an aging on the lees for at least 5 years, followed by another 6 months after disgorgement. The result is a wine with intense flavors and aromas. A wine of great elegance and complexity, a certainty.
