The bouquet includes both varietal, fresh and fruity notes, in which ripe yellow fruit dominates, and broader, rounder aromas of roasted peanuts, sweet spices and candied citrus. Peaches, apricots, dates and dried fruits delicately complete the olfactory picture.

The palate is soft, warm and enveloping, supported by vinous nuances and good freshness. The persistence is long and harmonious, pleasant and delicious. From this perfect harmony, composed of the synergy of elegance, dynamism and delicacy, one can perfectly recognize the style of the maison and the signature of chef de cave Benoit Gouez, one of Champagne's most blazoned and talented oenologists.
