TASTE:

In the mouth it is soft, creamy and with a lively bubble, which make the sip magnetically pleasant which appears to be consistent with the aromas captured by the nose, recalling citrus aromas and great balance.

The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut "Athesis" from the Kettmeir winery is a wonderful example of how splendid sparkling interpretations can be found in the shadow of the South Tyrolean Dolomites: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir combine to form a wine with vibrant elegance and profound softness . The vineyards, cultivated with pergolas and espaliers, lie at an altitude that does not exceed 700 meters above sea level and on calcareous-clayey soils where, in summer, the sun caresses the fruits helping them to reach perfect ripeness.
