BOUQUET:
The nose is fragrant, with notes of biscuits, bread and fresh fruit.

TASTE:
The silky and creamy carbonate makes room for the acidity which stimulates salivation by returning the biscuit and nutty notes.

Ideal for an aperitif but also throughout the meal, it is capable of showing all the versatility of a classic method. Excellent with freshwater fish, throughout the libation, cold white meats and summer salads.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Fragrant, cheerful and carefree, our zero-dosage Spumante is made with Turbiana grapes, our native vine. Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about the production of a classic method. After resting on the lees in the bottle for at least 24 months, the sparkling wine comes to life in expressions of great finesse.
