A fine blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%), whose grapes come from the most vocated vineyards in the 19 communes of Franciacorta.
The harvest takes place between the second decade of August and the first of September. It vinifies with soft, gradual pressing of the grapes and ferments in steel vats. A second fermentation in the bottle, with subsequent aging in contact with its own yeasts for at least 18 months, gives it character. A masterpiece of flair and patience.
