Don Papa "Baroko" Rum is made on the Philippine island of Negros from the finest sugarcane molasses and matured for several years in American oak barrels.

PRODUCTION METHOD:

Don Papa Rum is a limited edition rum made from molasses of the best sugarcane from the Philippine island of Negros, which is left to age for more than 7 years in American oak barrels at the foot of Mt. Kanlaon. This rum derives its name from Papa Islo, a great revolutionary hero in the war to liberate the Philippines from Spanish rule.
