Falanghina di Feudi di San Gregorio comes from 100% Falanghina grapes originating from the company vineyards and are part of the DOC which, as required by the regulations, are located in the province of Benevento. It is a fresh and versatile wine, a young white that comes from fermentation in steel at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C ​​and with a soft pressing of the grapes. The vinification process takes place in steel for a duration of 5 months in contact with the lees, a technique that leads to an enrichment in terms of aromas and structure. Falanghina is a vine grown in Campania since ancient times and derives its name from the term "falanga" which indicates the pole that supported the vine stocks in Roman times.
