Nel calice è brillante, di colore rosa antico. Perlage fine e persistente.

BOUQUET:
Al naso fruttato con sentori di ciliegia, ribes e piccoli frutti rossi; crosta di pane in chiusura.

SAPORE:
In bocca è secco, fresco e sapido, con finale persistente.

TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO:
tra gli 6 e i 8°C

ABBINAMENTI GASTRONOMICI:
Crudités di pesce e crostacei, guazzetto di aragoste, pesce azzurro in tempura; tartare di cervo, salumi, formaggi di breve stagionatura.

NOTE AGGIUNTIVE:
Il Neblu è un vitigno autoctono valdostano a bacca nera ed è per tradizione vinificato in Vino Rosso. Dal 2005 Les Crêtes ne ha avviato la vinificazione in spumante, dando vita ad un metodo classico unico nel suo genere.

Terreno (tipo, esposizione, altimetria): morenico, sciolto, sabbioso in pendenza con esposizione a sud, nord, est e ovest. Altitudine 650 metri s.l.m.
