    A variant of the famous Valencian dish, the version of paella marinara does not include meat, so a white wine will be the best choice. Of course you will need a white wine of some structure, because rice and fish together give rise to rather complex TASTING NOTES: we see very well a Pinot Blanc, which with its body will be able to create an ideal pairing with fish paella. A very valid alternative can be one of our Sauvignons, which is deep and mineral, and therefore able to accompany paella in the best possible way.
