Founded by local entrepreneurs with a mission to sparkle Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, the Valdo winery has grown under the leadership of Sergio Bolla since the 1930s and achieved international fame with the legendary Marca Oro (1958). Today seventy winemakers contribute glera grapes grown on the steep hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, the beating heart of the DOCG.

- Long Charmat Method - refermentation in autoclaves at low temperature and prolonged stay on the yeasts for a perlage of great finesse.
