Cà dei Frati

The Cà dei Frati winery is located in Lugano di Sirmione and represents one of the main winemaking reference points in the Lake Garda area, a reality that was born in 1939 from an intuition of Felice Dal Cero. Once the area was cultivated by the friars who produced wine; from the first bottling the Dal Cero family made it a success, contributing significantly to the birth of the DOC. The bond with the land represents the true strength of the winery and its products.

Cà dei Frati wines are born from the continuous observation and continuous study of the land and the vines, primarily considering the traditions that have been handed down for four generations. Sustainability and respect for the raw material are other values ​​that characterize the company, through an innovative technique refined over the years and which allows us to obtain intact and long-lived wines.

In this way, over the years the Dal Cero family has expanded its production and in addition to Lugana, which has become one of the most sought-after Italian whites in the world, it offers sparkling versions, an important passito and high-level red wines.
