The Maison Moët & Chandon founded by Claude Moët under the reign of Louis XV, a great lover of sparkling wines, has encompassed in its name since 1743 the prestige and elegance of the Champagne world.
The estates are located in the heart of the Champagne REGION, with its 1150 hectares of rich limestone soil, where 50 percent is Grands Crus and 25 percent Premiers Crus. The grapes from which the precious wines come are pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay, chosen with care and attention. The winery is among the largest in the world, a kind of real underground labyrinth stretching more than 28 km underground, equipped with the latest technology, where Moët & Chandon Champagnes come to life thanks to the excellent temperature and humidity conditions.
A long tradition founded on the values of elegance, class and luxury that have made the maison one of the largest Champagne producers in the world, giving birth to the historic and most famous labels such as the Imperial, Réserve Imperial and Grand Vintage.
