Mionetto

The Mionetto winery was born in 1887 in the splendid hills of Valdobbiadene, thanks to the passion and work of the master winemaker Francesco Mionetto. A reality that already at the beginning was characterized both by its aptitude for innovation and by maintaining the link with the tradition of its native territory, thus becoming a true representative of Prosecco in the world.

Prosecco Mionetto is born from fermentation in an autoclave with the Charmat method, where the second phase takes place in individual bottles at a controlled temperature, to help maintain the freshness and typical aromas of the vine during the bottling phase.

Mionetto products are the result of solid and efficient collaborations with local suppliers who have historically supplied the grapes for entire generations, thus guaranteeing an excellent quality level of the wines capable of responding to all palates and all needs.
