Jean-Noël Haton

The Jean-Noël Haton maison began in 1610 with the acquisition of the first land in Damery, culminating in 1928 with the birth of the company thanks to Octave Haton, who gave new impetus to the family business by starting the vinification of his own Champagnes.

Today the Haton house cultivates 60 hectares of vineyards, including 15 from other Champagne winemakers to have a wider range of crus to create cuvées.

Attentive to sustainability and caring for the soil as a container of history and tradition to be passed on to future generations, these values shape the fine BOTTLE SIZE Champagnes from Haton, which are declined in multiple nuances, allowing each cuvée to express a distinct personality. The house prefers longer cellar aging than expected, a minimum of 2-3 years for the Elegance collection and up to 8 years for the Extra collection, giving wines with an unparalleled aromatic blend. These are wines that give softness and delicacy with every sip.
