    Lasagna is the dish of tradition, the Sunday menu by definition. Our preferences go in two different directions: on the one hand Lambrusco, close in origin to lasagna, which with its liveliness best prepares each taste. On the other hand, a nice Umbrian rosso, an ideal pairing with ragù because in most cases it guarantees body and crunchiness together. On the white wine front, on the other hand, a mineral but structured white wine can defend itself well. The possibilities, as is often the case, are many.
