Fruity notes and hints of herbs, combined with sweet nuances of honey, can be found in the mouth. Intense and persistent, with an extraordinary balance between freshness and sweetness.

From the Arabic "Son of the Wind" because the wind that blows through the grapes is a constant on Pantelleria. And the island's wind carries with it a load of scents so intense you can touch them. The signature label celebrates the love, care and toil of heroic viticulture on a unique and fascinating island. A sweet, enveloping portrait that reveals its essence.
Harvest :
Hand-picked in boxes with careful selection of grapes in the vigna.
Vinification :
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; hand-selected, hand-picked raisins are added - several times - to the fermenting must. During maceration, the raisins release their extraordinary heritage of sweetness, freshness and highly personal aromatics.
Aging :
In tank for 8 months and at least 12 months in bottle before release.
Longevity:
Over 30 years.
