Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Dry Millesimato is among the most prestigious labels of the Col Vetoraz winery, capable of conquering from the first sip by virtue of its elegance and enveloping. Among the most popular expressions of the dry type, i.e. those sparkling wines with residual sugar between 17 and 32 grams per litre, it has been able to carve out a leading role in the world of Prosecco thanks to the qualitative consistency achieved over the years.
The Millesimato Dry by Col Vetoraz comes from the best grapes in the cellar, i.e. those most favorably exposed. All the vineyards are located at about 400 meters above sea level. The refermentation takes place with the Charmat method, i.e. in large airtight containers, which allow the wine to preserve its fresher and fruitier aromatic component. The residual sugar contributes to bringing softness and charm as a dowry, and intertwining with freshness and sapidity, gives life to a chiseled, clear and precise sparkling wine.
