Taurasi Riserva Piano di Montevergine comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Taurasi DOCG.

It is made exclusively from Aglianico grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in steel tanks for about 3 weeks. The wine then ages for 18-24 months in French oak barriques and medium-toasted large barrels, and finally for another 24 months in the bottle before release.
