    Tequila Espinoza is the product of the passion of "Maestros Tequileros" whose experience has allowed them to create Tequilas of the highest quality, raising the limits of this distillate to an artistic level. Espinoza Tequilas are produced in a micro-distillery in which a production process followed in every detail takes place.

    Only the Azul variety Tequilana Weber agave plant is used, harvested in the Sur (southern) zone of the Colima Volcano, which characterizes and enriches the agave harvested in this area with spicy, fruity and floral notes. Only well-ripened agave is selected, and with careful cutting, the "penca" (the main nerve of the leaves) is completely removed.

    A very slow cooking process follows and the subsequent fermentation lasts a minimum of 72 hours. All Espinoza tequilas are produced using the triple distillation method, which takes place in copper stills. The result is an artisanal, high-end and completely natural product (whereas for many brands on the market, artificial colorings and flavors are added). Espinoza tequilas have won important international awards (e.g., Peñin Guide 2012: Reposado 95 points - Blanco 92 points).
