Fermentation for about 3 weeks in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over to promote the release of substances from the skins. Aged for 15/18 months in new and used barriques. After racking it remains for 2/3 months in stainless steel tanks and finally is bottled and remains 5/6 months in bottle before sale.

Cherry red, with very vivid reflections and garnet veins.

BOUQUET:
Typical with pronounced varietal herbaceous note, nicely evoking the noses of bordeaux.

Pleasantly sweet very well blended with notes of sage and green bell pepper, good tannic concentration with spicy nuances.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
between 16 and 18°C

Suitable for countless gastronomic dishes, such as game, grilled meats and aged cheeses.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Made from cabernet sauvignon grapes, it has a beautiful, dense, intense ruby red color. The nose is complex, rich and persistent; notes of red fruit, ripe fruit, jam follow one another, with an underlining of vanilla, spices and a very light, as well as pleasant, herbaceous nuance. The palate is dry, full, with a pleasant harmonious tannic vein that makes it a great aging wine.
