In the mouth, it is creamy, smooth and remarkably dense, with perfect harmony between the aromas that are fully expressed.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The bond that unites the Vollereaux family to the land and the vineyard is a centuries-old one. In the early 19th century, in 1805, the story of the Vollereaux Champagne founders began. In Pierry and Moussy, in the heart of Champagne, the first generation of this family planted and cultivated its vineyards and thus began to write the history of this champagne.
