ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The vineyard is located on the hills of San Pietro in Cariano, in the historic Valpolicella classico. Vinification takes place with 5 days of carbonic maceration, followed by 6 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finally 4 months in stainless steel barrels. Terra dei Ciliegi is a wine made from grapes surrounded by cherry trees that sweeten this wine, perfect for aperitifs that can also be served chilled.
