For 700 years, the Frescobaldi family has lovingly cultivated more than 300 hectares of olive groves between 200 and 500 meters above sea level, where the microclimate gives the olives unique characteristics in terms of freshness and intensity of aromas and TASTING NOTES. In autumn, the olives are harvested early, before they are ripe, to capture their emerald green color and aromatic freshness. The olives are always pressed within hours of harvesting, in the estate mill at Castello Nipozzano. These rules guarantee absolute quality excellence. In the end, Frescobaldi makes a strict selection and only the extra virgin olive oil with the best organoleptic characteristics is selected to become Laudemio Frescobaldi.

Tasting Notes
Laudemio Frescobaldi is endowed with great elegance and refinement, due to an exceptional balance. Hints of freshly picked olives and artichoke, typical of Tuscany, emerge. The taste is harmonious, with a rounded flavor characterized by an extraordinary note of green almond. In the mouth it is fluid and on the palate the bitter and spicy sensations are well balanced, with a pleasant persistence.
