Ideal aperitif wine, to be enjoyed at 12°-14°C as an accompaniment to a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. It amazes in combination with smoked tuna, but also with red-based pizza topped with seafood or salami.

Soil: characterized by a silty and clayey matrix, rich in minerals, called Terra Grande.
Altimetry: from 250 to 600m above sea level.
Climate: undergoes high thermal maxima, mitigated by the windiness of the place.

VINIFICATION AND AGING
Natural dehydration of the berry obtained through the technique of cutting the branch, with consequent exaltation of the aromatic fragrances of the ripe skins. Skilful maceration and long thermoregulated fermentation. Aging for 4 months in wood.
