Alce Nero's100% Italian extra virgin olive oil made from olives grown in areas of southern Italy.

The fruit of the passion and labor of about 40 olive growers who work with respect for the terroir. The olives are hand-picked from October to January and processed using the cold extraction method. The result is a pure olive juice of green color with yellow highlights, light fruity aroma, balanced taste slightly bitter and spicy.

It goes perfectly with raw and cooked vegetables, soups and grilled fish.

INGREDIENTS: 100 percent Italian olives including Coratina, Oglirola and Carolea.
