A sparkling wine made from grapes from Valdobbiadene, an area with a vocation for prosecco production. It is characterized by a combination of scents and aromas ranging from hints of flowers and fruits to honey, acacia and apricot. It is soft yet dry on the palate.

VINIFICATION:
Sparkling wine obtained by white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, followed by sparkling using the charmat method.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11% vol

ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l

SUGARS:
14 - 17 g/l

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
6° - 8°C

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
This is a sparkling wine characterized by a combination of scents and aromas ranging from hints of flowers and fruits to honey, acacia and apricot. On the palate it is soft and at the same time dry.
