The name Osar encompasses a double meaning: "to dare, to risk," to represent the challenge of recovering a forgotten grape variety, and "to shout for joy," in veronese dialect, to celebrate the success and passion that made the birth of this unique wine possible. Osar is an authentic tribute to the historical and viticultural heritage of the Venezie.
