Chardonnay "Cardellino" shows an intense straw yellow color to the eye.

BOUQUET:
A complex interplay of fruity aromas, orange and lemon peels, notes of linden blossom, mineral profusion and a spicy hint of tobacco characterize the bouquet.

TASTING NOTES:
This elena walch classico convinces on the palate with its freshness and lively minerality that lingers elegantly to close in a long, intense, smooth finish.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
Between 12 and 14 °C

Valuable aperitif, to pair with appetizers, smoked salmon and other fish preparations, pasta dishes, especially with creams and cheeses, fried fish fillets (perch, whitefish, sole), breaded

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Soft pressing of the grapes, with subsequent static decantation of the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of approx. 20°C. Part of the must (approx. 15%) is fermented and matured in French oak barrique for 5 months. After racking at the end of fermentation, the wine remains on sui lieviti for a long time. Blending takes place in the spring.
