The Pinot Grigio Ramato by Attems is presented in the glass in a rosé color reminiscent of onion skin.

BOUQUET:
On the nose emerge aromas of wild strawberries and small red fruits that intertwine with hints of yellow pulp fruit and clear citrus notes.

TASTE:
On the palate it is fruity and pleasantly soft, supported by a lively freshness and a strong minerality that persists in the finish.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
between 10 and 12°C

At the table it goes well with sweet-tasting cured meats as well as succulent vegetarian dishes and seafood recipes based on shellfish.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

The Pinot Grigio Ramato by Attems was obtained 100% from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Gorizia area. The reference vineyards insist on soils partly of clayey matrix, partly made up of sandstone, located at an average altitude of 50 meters above sea level. After destemming and crushing, the must was placed in contact with the skins for about 8 hours at 8°C. The alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 15°-17°C for a period of 15 days. Before bottling, Attems' Pinot Grigio Ramato rested for 4 months in stainless steel on noble lees, a practice which allowed the wine to be enriched in terms of aromas and structure.
